In this direction, the Mayor of Kozani, Lazaros Maloutas and his associates have been at the Bioclimatic School of the Alternative Urban Planning Zone of Kozani, as well as at the 1st Lyceum of the city. Mr. Maloutas presented the terms, the advantages and the importance of the Mission and asked the pupils and students, who will be citizens in 2030, to love the environment and to protect it through their daily habits.
For their part, pupils and students referred to the reasons why they decided to join the Municipality and to strengthen the effort to achieve climate neutrality, while they were very informed and aware of environmental and energy issues.
