The Municipality of Kozani is on top of the national participation in the European public awareness campaign for sustainable mobility for the year 2021 and received an award from the Ministry of Environment and Energy for another year!
The award was received by the mayor of Kozani, Lazaros Maloutas, during a special ceremony for the European Mobility Week 2021 & 2022, held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in Thessaloniki.
The event was also attended by the Deputy Mayor of Environment, Miltos Magiridis, and the Deputy Mayor of Town Planning, Climate Neutrality and Degarbonization, Vassilis Goumas.
Every year the Municipality of Kozani organizes a number of events between 16-22 of September, with the aim of innovation and environmental awareness for the achievement of sustainable mobility and the transition to climate neutrality.
